This material has greatly replaced the traditional hard steel plate mid-sole from the safety shoes. Flex-Tough non-metallic anti-puncture midsole series are processed under special techniques with high strength synthetic fiber, possessing a strong anti-perforation ability (the perforation is bigger or equal to 1800N, even under 1200N, the nail is not be shown and the material maintains opaque), comfortable thickness (thickness between 3.8-4.4mm), twist resistance (after 1.8 million times test of twisting, there are no signs of delamination or fracture), light weight (each pair of sole weights only 100g, the 50-60% of a steel sole weight) high bonding strength (2.02N/mm), flexible, anti metal detection and so on features, which enhances the safety and comfort for safety shoes, labor shoes and military boots, it also reduces foot fatigue and enhances their work efficiency. It's a new generation of an ideal accessory for anti-penetration shoes.

Flex-Tough anti-perforation sole series is laminated by multilayer of plastic film, besides from stabilizing the fiber edge from falling off, it also stabilizes the uniform adhesive force, ensuring the puncture resistance requirements, meanwhile, our environmental odor-free material reaches the strict standards from EU . The upper shoe can be sutured by sewing it directly, reducing the production cost, in order to facilitate the customer processing, we not only provide the distribution of cotton cloth, but also developed the adhesive technology which facilitates the follow up gluing.
